Exam scheduling, mark entry with moderation, a configurable 80-plus-20 theory and internal split, 8-point grade bands, and questions carrying a Bloom level tag.
Gate Biometrics & Attendance Sync
Fingerprint and RFID punches arriving over the iClock/ADMS protocol, with each school deciding whether a punch writes attendance or stays a gate record, and shortfall reporting against a threshold you set.
Transport Records & Vehicle Location
Routes, stops, vehicle and driver records with transport as an opt-in fee head that only bills the students who opted in, and a live map fed either by tracker hardware you already own posting to a webhook, or by the browser of a phone in the vehicle.
AI Exam & Insights Co-Pilot
Generate question papers with answer keys, draft lesson plans, and analyse your own fee dues — the paper, the plan and the analysis all arrive as drafts a teacher edits and commits.
Tenant Isolation In The Rules
Encryption at rest and TLS in transit come from Google Cloud. Tenant separation is ours, and it is enforced in the database rules themselves rather than in application code that could be bypassed.
Incidents Published, Not Averaged
The main datastore is Firestore in one Google Cloud region — asia-south1, Mumbai. The Realtime Database behind presence and live transport tracking is in a second region, asia-southeast1 (Singapore). Both sit behind Vercel’s edge network. We publish outages on the status page instead of quoting an availability percentage we have not measured.
No Vendor Lock-In
