AI-powered school ERP

AI that can operate the ERP, under controls

Iris turns plain-language requests into calls to 76 typed ERP tools. Each available action is constrained by the user’s role, the school’s plan and confirmation rules, with changes recorded in the audit trail.

What makes a school ERP genuinely AI-powered?

A genuinely AI-powered school ERP connects the model to narrow, typed operations instead of giving it unrestricted database access. The model should identify the intended task, pass authorization checks, request confirmation for riskier work, call a defined tool and return a result that can be inspected. That is the architecture Elevate uses for Iris.

Elevate ERP at a glance

Typed tools
76 registered operations counted from the live tool registry
Authorization
Signed-in role and plan entitlement checked before execution
Risk control
Confirmation rules for selected write, financial and destructive actions
Traceability
Database changes are written to the school audit trail
Autonomous access
No unrestricted access to every record or action

From a request to a typed operation

Iris does not receive a generic “edit the database” capability. It selects from registered tools whose inputs, risk level and handlers are defined in code. This narrows what a model response can turn into inside the ERP.

Permissions still come first

The agent does not replace role-based access. A teacher and a school administrator can ask the same sentence and receive different available actions because the signed-in authority is checked before the tool runs.

Useful across connected modules

Because school workflows share records, an authorized agent can assist with multi-step operational tasks across admissions, fees, attendance, examinations and other modules without asking staff to copy identifiers between separate systems.

Limits are part of the product page

AI output can be wrong and external model providers process prompts. Elevate publishes its subprocessors, metering model, authorization mechanism and current AI limitations instead of presenting the agent as an infallible decision-maker.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI-powered school ERP?

An AI-powered school ERP combines school records and workflows with an AI interface that can interpret requests, retrieve relevant data and, where authorized, perform structured actions. The important distinction is whether the AI only writes text or calls controlled product tools with permissions, confirmation and an audit history.

What can the Iris AI agent do in Elevate ERP?

Iris has 76 typed tools across selected workflows including admissions, fees, attendance, examinations, payroll, library, transport, hostel, timetables and notices. The available action still depends on the signed-in role, the institution plan, required confirmation and the current implementation of that tool.

Can AI change school records without permission?

Elevate routes AI tool requests through role and entitlement checks. Higher-risk actions can require confirmation, and database changes are written to the audit trail. These controls reduce risk but do not remove the institution’s responsibility to configure roles correctly and review important changes.

Is the AI included in the free plan?

No. The Free Forever plan carries zero AI credits. Iris starts with the Core plan, currently priced at ₹1499 per month per institution, with a monthly AI-credit allowance defined by the plan catalog.
