What the work is
Four things that are true about it. Nothing below is a benefit an unregistered sole proprietorship cannot actually provide.

- Build what a school runs its day on — admissions, attendance, exams, fees. Not a dashboard around someone else’s product.
- No layers: there are 2 of us
- Ayushman and Shivamanand write the code, and they are who would review yours. There is no manager, no recruiter and no onboarding department.
- Remote, and judged on output
- Work from anywhere in India. Nobody is counting hours, because nobody is in a position to.
- Paid fairly, stated upfront
- Rate and scope are agreed in writing before you start. Engagements are contract-based today, not salaried employment — there is no registered entity to employ anyone.
